The study reports the perception of employees towards the Job Rotation Techniques. Demographic variables and the positional variables of the employees were analyzed with respect to the perception which they hold on Job Rotation. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. The researchers found that most of the employees perceive Job Rotation as a technique which stimulates their growth in the company, reduces their boredom and as a means of Fast Learning. From the findings of the current study, the researchers suggest that organization should consider the perception and needs of individual employees for successful introduction and implementation of job rotation in an organization for an overall benefit of the organization and ultimate value to the shareholder.Downloads
