Culture in Organisation is as good as an ecosystem. As the student follows the Teacher, the teacher imbibes good things in the student similarly the cultural intelligence of a student can be increased with the help of focused cross cultural or diversity training through workshop, culture displays, traditions, forming teams with diversities etc. The study is pursued to know the awareness of Cultural Intelligence (CI) and role of (CI) in Teaching and Learning Process (TLP) and also to know whether Teachers recommend more research in this concept.
