Prahalad); The Machine that Changed the World (James Womack, Daniel Jones, and Daniel Roos); Planning for Quality (Joseph M. Juran); The Prince (Niccolo Machiavelli) and the one under review are time-honoured classics which have had a profound influence on the human race and the practice of management.
